Medallion and using wifi to see movies on it.

Is it free to see movies on the medallion ? Or to use for E-mails and facebook? LucyR.

The MedallionNet is the internet service onboard the Princess ships. You must pay for the internet.

The medallion is a device that replaces the cruise card, as well as allows some interactivity with the intranet on board.

For movies (other than those on the ships TV or big screen) you would need the paid medallionnet. Same for emails and facebook.

Now if the medallion could do that the screen would be tiny.

Yep, would need to bring a strong magnifying glass to watch movies!

As others have said, you can't watch a movie on a Medallion.   Princess does, however, have quite a few On Demand movies on the TV as well as on the big outdoor screen on most ships.
