Celebrity Eclipse Chef’s Table?

Has anyone done the Chef’s Table or the Progressive Dinner on the Eclipse? If so, how was the quality, service, wines and price?

we recently heard about the Progressive Dinners, a different course in each of the Specialty Restaurants. Anyone experience this? 

We are sailing LAX to Santiago in November and are looking to take advantage of some special dining experiences. TIA for all info!

They have the Chef's Table on most ships and the menu is pretty much the same.  It is usually not advertised but bookable by asking the Restaurant Manager.   I posted some pictures from our dinner on Silhouette on the link below.  If you do a search you will find a couple more treads on it.

We thought everything was great and absolutely worth the money. We had some previous experience with the chef, so that made it extra special. Here is a link to the menu we were served.

We did a Chef's Table on the Reflection and it was a great experience.  We started at the Wine Bar for champagne and then proceeded to a galley tour of both the main dining room and Murano.  From there our group of 10 (including 2 ship officers) were brought into a private room in Murano.  They took pictures and had them developed and presented to us along with the menu by the end of our dinner.  The wine was fantastic and definitely a step up from what we could get during a normal dinner at Luminae.  There was a 1985 porto with dessert and a 2008 St. Emilion Grand Cru that was fantastic!  We did enjoy the food and have no negative comments though there was not anything that absolutely stood out as a must have.  We did a Chef's Table years ago on the RCCL Allure that we still rate as one of the best meals we have ever had.  While the food was better there, the experience was better on Celebrity.  Hope that helps!
