Taking alcohol onboard

Recommended Posts

Could someone please let me know if the permitted bottle of alcohol we are able to take aboard , needs to be in hand luggage, or is it possible for it to be packed in main suitcase. I’m sure someone out there knows the answer to this.

I certainly wouldnt risk putting any bottles in main suitcase how they get thrown about by porters and stewards on the ship you could end up with a lot of wet clothes and no alcohol to drown your spirits.

Thanks for your help. As suggested by Majortom 10, I will put the bottles in hand luggage, to guarantee it gets into the fridge in the cabin ASAP.
