We will be in Amber Cove in November and there from 7:30-3:30. Trying to decide whether to book 7 falls through Carnival or 12 falls through private. Not sure on time restraints, which would be better. Any advice? Also if we do go outside of ship which company should we use?

We actually have the full 27 booked through Iguana Mama.  It was only $10 more person than what Carnival charges for only 7 falls plus we get transportation, lunch, and drinks (rum punch).  Outside tour vendors know to get you back in time for departure.  If they have anyone miss the boat, it would kill their business.

Agreed.   We always book with local vendors as opposed to the ship.   It's a better deal and usually a smaller group as well.  They have been doing this for a long time and they definitely don't want to ruin their name by being known as the company that causes passengers to miss their ship.   We like to suport the small businesses/locals.  We are booking through Iguana mama and doing the full 27
