Non excursion places to visit?

Looking for ideas outside of excursions on things to do/see bother free and for a fee. We'll be at port from 1:30pm til 10:30pm

Are you renting a car? If not, our downtown area is 10 minutes walking at most from the port and has the Maritime museum,  Kura Hulunda slavery museum, the oldest synagagoe in the Western hemisphere,  plenty of restaurants and shops, street art.

Agree that Willemstad is the best excursion-free port.  There is plenty to do -free- for a half day

or even a day, if one goes back to the ship for lunch.

Check the maritime museum.  They offer a harbor boat tour that was 90 min I believe?  I think was just a few dollars cost?  Informed boat ride and was covered with shade.

A fun thing to do is to take a taxi up to Fort Nassau for the view and early cocktails.  (6 p.m.)  The menu is online.

Are there any hills or uneven streets to walk on ?I have mobility issues ?

No hills but some of the streets in Punda are brick, mostly even.

Not sure what your mobility issues are, but I do see guests with walkers,  canes and scooters in Punda and they seem to be getting around fine.

I use a cane but due to my disability I fall a lot. I have fallen 36 times .
