Do you lose your perks if you win MoveUp?

We bid on a Move Up on our upcoming cruise and was wondering if we will lose our perks if we win. I don't expect to win but you never know, from Celebrity we have paid grats. and $300.00 in OBC and if we win will they go away because of the move up?

Check with your TA. People have reported different experiences on these boards.

In my Move Up email, the small print at the bottom says "current promotions on the reservation will not be altered."

Does "current promotions" mean at the time of Move Up or when booking was first made?

Current promotions would be those on the reservation at the time of booking or if there was a change to the booking that added or subtracted perks.

I believe those were situations where the cruise fare dropped and people wanted compensation via an upgrade.

There have also been reports of them being mistakenly dropped by Celebrity but a quick phone call gets them restored.

This.  This.  This.  I remember a poster who was really angry when his perks got dropped.  Numerous people told him sometimes it happens and a phone call will reinstate them.
