Ocean Blue, we liked it so much we booked it for our Baltic Cruise on the Getaway this summer, we will be celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary there!

Have 40 days sailing on Breakway and had may specialty restaurant dinners.

Ocean Blue has been consistently the best in food and service.

Cagney's has been very good twice and awful once. (Steak overdone and over 2 hours made me late for show and no time for dessert.)

LeBistro has been very good consistently with only minor service problems.

Moderno has been consistently very good but I always wish I were more hungry so I could eat more.

La Cucina was consistently good, slightly slow service.

Have not done Teppanyaki.

Cagneys & LeBistro.  Haven't had a bad meal yet in either!

Moderno is also quite good but as Platinum members with a freebie specialty we're gonna do LaCucina on this next cruise as a change of pace.  Agree with PelicanBill above re: Moderno as I always wish I was hungrier when we went there...lol

Is there anywhere we can go to see all the menus for the specialty restaurants?  I would love to look at them ahead of time.

I've seen them at the restaurant reservations desk.

There is always a desk set up when you board to make/change reservations.  It will have all the menus too.  Also, the touch screens located by the elevator lobbies will have the specialty menus on them plus that day's menu for the MDRs.

Le Bistro and La Cucina were great. Cagneys was not good a good experience.  Mediocre food and inattentive service.

Modernos has a very good salad bar. It's easy to fill up a lot on that before they even start serving the meats. 😉 So going there being *very* hungry is your best bet! Save me a slice or two of the roasted pineapple please.

We keep hearing about the show in Teppanyki's but have yet to experience a good one. We have seen, from a distance some chef's that do a great job but we haven't been lucky enough to have them entertaining us. I hope our next cruise will be different.

Hasn't been mentioned yet, but my favorite specialty restaurant on the Breakaway was the Raw Bar...  Seven dollar upcharge if you have the SDP, and you can eat the entire menu. Also, Wasabi if you like sushi... (Same seven dollar upcharge, or Al a carte at either restaurant)
