Tuscan Grille or Murano on Equinox

Agreed. Tuscan to us seems like a mid range Italian chain restaurant and nothing there seems worth the upcharge (even with a healthy discount). Murano offers an elegant dining experience. We, like you, skip specialty dining altogether on M-class ships for the same reason.

With all the changes to Tuscan over the years, we consider it Olive Garden of the Seas.  And like you, we only dine in specialties with discounts around 50%.  And Tuscan still does not ring our bell.

Like someone else said, Murano by a mile.
