Thats an insane ripoff-- depending on how many people you have you could easily Uber or Lyft for $10 each way for a car that seats 4. You'll get there a lot quicker as well not having to queue up for a bus on both ends. 

 

You can also request handicap accessible options from Uber as well for not much more. I used to live in Boston and Quincy Market is so close to the terminal I just couldn't believe someone would pay that much to take a 5 minute bus ride when there are quicker, nicer, and cheaper options.

What is the cruise line charging for this excursion?  Have you considered doing the Aquarium on your own?  It is free for wheelchair users.  I’d be willing to bet that booking an accessible ride two ways and paying one admission is cheaper than paying for two ship’s excursions.
