June 7am-2pm Port time- Which Beach?

 We have a pretty short port time for our MSC cruise in June, 7am-2pm. The port schedule shows our ship as the only ship in port that day (so I assume we won't have the traffic concerns I've read about). Which beach is best for a family with kids under 10yo to spend a few hours? Looking for clear water, restroom facilities and not rocky that's in good shape post Irma.

Grand case is beautiful. Mullet Bay also would work but in Sept. was still using portapotties. May want to further investigate that.

How far is Grand case from the port? Since we have such a short port time o want to make sure it's worth it.

12.7 km or 20 ish minutes.
