Is the Viking app only available for Apple products.  I use Samsung .

No, also available for Android

Only active once onboard.  Ocean only as of now.  I don't think it would have much utility as now constituted on River.

Where do I download this APP for androids.  I have only found on Google the Iphone and Ipod app.

Not very tech savy .

Go to the Google Play Store and search for "Viking Voyager".

It will work when you are onboard. Viking Ocean only.
