We did a Christmas cruise on Miracle in December. I thought the ship was in good shape. I don’t recall anyone saying anything negative during the cruise except for comments about the decor of the ship, which I personally liked. However, I like the Joe Farcus designed ships and think Carnival’s newer ships post Magic are pretty bland decor wise.  I also think the design/layout of Spirit class ships are the best in Carnival’s current fleet.

Just off the Apr 21st sailing. Yes the ship is in need of a update. Cabin sofa full of stains, rusty balcony ceiling, a rip in one wall light shade, linen and towels yellow or grey.  About the ship upholstery stained and chip wood. Deck chairs are weathered and the cabana's at Serenity where stained and ripped.  The good part, staff, food and entertainment 4 stars !

Just off a 7-day cruise on the Miracle 2 days ago and she is in great shape. Our cabin was perfect and the public spaces were fine, including couches and chairs. Didn't see anything like what the previous poster noted. Our bed linens were crisp and white, as were all of our bathroom towels and wash cloths. Cabin's couch upholstery and carpeting were in great shape. However, did agree that the crew and food were great. Didn't attend any entertainment as it was a casino premier cruise for me, so spent all my time in casino when it was open. DH said the female comedian was good, but he walked out of the male comedian - just wasn't funny.
