Unable to access my cruise critic thread on I phone

I have tried repeatedly to access my cruise thread on the cruise critic app.

It will not accept the password and login I use here.

So I changed my password.

 

It goes to my email that I reset my password.

 

I attempt to login................................denied.

 

I can read everything else on cruise critic but our thread (Allure May 5, 2019)

 

Any ideas.

 

 

 

I used to use Tapatalk, but did not try.

Since the upgrade to CC last fall, the CC app has not been functional.  I believe they are working on a replacement, but I don't know of a timetable. 

 

I have no problem accessing CC on my iPhone using the Safari browser.

 

You can see everything on CC without being logged in except Roll Calls.  Since you were able to post your comment above, you are able to log in (just not on the non-working app).   

 

Your Roll Call is right here (and I can see it on my phone):

It seems to work now with Tapatalk, and the CC app is just a custom version of Tapatalk.

 

The only issue is what you describe, the log in does not work.

 

I’ve found a workaround for Tapatalk.  On the upper right three dot doohickey select Web View for the message thread.  You can log in and post replies using the Tapatalk Web View.

Tapatalk has worked for a long time.  As has been discussed many times on here, what does not work is the CC app.

Well TT has stopped working for me just keeps trying to login and nothing. Worked fine last week

I was going to use it to post on my live thread for my upcoming cruise, but it just keeps asking me to log on over and over and over.  I might try and reinstall to see if that fixes it.

LOL There are now 4 threads, including this one, on page 1 alone asking why we can't log in to the CC app. Plus another one about Tapatalk.

CC isn't associated with Tapatalk in any way. The old CC app and Tapatalk are made by different developers.

 

For those experiencing login trouble with the Tapatalk app, it seems to be a bug that came with the recent update. If I use the Tapatalk app and login to CC, it acts wonky, but it still logs me in to CC. I don't know if the bug has been reported to the Tapatalk developers, but there's nothing CC can do about that app.

Still working for me on iOS / iPad to read threads, I just have to use Web View to log in and post.

The CC has not worked for some time. There are numerous threads in the section documenting this.

 

It has been reported that the most recent Tapatalk release has an issue with CC login. Tapatalk support should be consulted if you experience this using the app.

 

When all else fails, use your mobile browser. While many app users don't like it as much as the app, it does work.
