Can't complete OceanReady

Sailing in <60 days. Went to ocean.com to complete OceanReady. Why do I get "An error has occurred. parsererror" when I log in when trying to complete Cruise Personalizer? I really don't want to spend 1/2 and hour at home just to save myself 15 minutes at the port.

Do you see the medallion icon in your cruise personalizer on Guest Check-In?  If you don't do not even bother with ocean ready until you do, then it will be a breeze.

I see it. There's even instructions to download the app, which I have. I ran the app, and it eventually took me to the mobile version of the same page.

Had issues with it for our March cruise. I gave up and our embarkation was very quick anyway.

Is there any value to it other than speeding up embarkation? Because if enough people use it then the lines will be shorter, and I'll still get on the ship quicker.

I get that same error on Princess.com occasionally. Usually if I use “incognito mode” in chrome, it works fine for me. 

I never got the app to work until a few days ago. The website has been great, usually.
