Nieuw Statendam does spa cabins include spa access?

Recommended Posts

I think the answer is no but I want to make sure.  Looking to book a spa cabin but thinking it is not worth the extra price if it does not include spa pass.  Other spa cabins on other lines we have booked do include spa pass but I am having a hard time figuring it out on Holland.

The spa cabins do not get free use of the spa.

Thank you!  Not worth the price difference to me then.

But you do get two yoga mats and 3 bottles of Vitamin water!! At least that's what we got when our guarantee ended up a spa cabin on NS at Christmas. Oh, and the cabin was at the front of the ship so a bouncier ride than farther back. Don't do it.

For a couple of yoga mats and and a couple of bottles of vitamin water -- definitely not worth it.

On some ships these cabins have the "soothing" water fountain -- very small and takes up desk room.

No, the Spa Stateroom category does not include the Greenhouse Spa as has already been written.  We did reserve a Forward facing Spa Outside on the Koningsdam and it was a very good choice, we also tried an Inside Spa cabin on the Nieuw Statendam at Christmas it was small but adequate.  The Spa category cabins are located in a very quiet section of the ship, very accessible to the Spa (of which we would use daily), We never experience any adverse ship movement at all.

We've done the spa cabin and the location, location, location is excellent.

The irony of not getting the spa access though just always makes me laugh.

Just wondering how much their spa pass is for a 10 or 11 day cruise?  I tried to search and CC's search is so messed up these days..
