Can you use your onboard credit to pay for the drink package?  I.e. if we get credit back for shore excursion price match can you apply that towards purchasing a drink package?

OBC can be used to purchase the beverage package once onboard the ship. I don't know if you can use it as "part" of the package or not. Never thought about it.

Any OBC can be used to purchase a drink package.  Assuming your credit comes back as OBC, yes.

Yes, you can use it for part of the package. Anything you purchase on the ship is charged to your folio, and the OBC is credited to your folio. You don't designate that you are using the OBC for any specific purchase - it is just applied to your total onboard folio.
