Fee to use ice skates on ships?

I am sure this has been asked many times.  Is there a fee to use ice skates on the ships with ice rinks?

No, but you must wear long pants in order to skate.

If I go ice skating there is definitely going to be a fee. I will pay it directly to the doctor.

That is exactly why my wife tells me that at 68 years old I need to walk past the flowerider.
