I noticed that all the cruises I've been looking at have dropped a bit in price and all end in $xx.70, so it looks like Princess has dropped the US/CAD exchange rate back to 1.30.

 

That's encouraging for new bookings, but we booked at $1.35.

 

I don't think I could make an OBC to cover our excursions.
