Has anyone used and recommend an Arrival Airport Concierge Service?  We are arriving at 5am in Oct 28 and I am thinking after such a long journey, such a service might be a good idea.

Thanks!

I have used Royal Airport Concierge several times.  I haven't  used them in Melbourne but I have used them in Sydney and Auckland this year and also Sydney last year.

They are at:

They are not inexpensive but quite good.

US citizens should be able to use the SmartGates. I find it hard to see how much value a concierge service could add to the arrival process. On a good day, you could be exiting customs less than 20 minutes after stepping off the aircraft.

Just reading the website above to see what exactly the service offers.

Cannot fathom paying money for anything like that. What a waste.

Any normal able bodied or disabled person can get off a plane, stroll through smartgates, baggage claim, customs and straight out to the taxi queue.

Tens of thousands of people do it daily.

Couldn't agree more.
