Move up disappeared

We’re 29 days pre cruise and had put 2 bids in and they showed as  ‘Pending’. Today the entire Move up section has vanished from the Account section.

Has this happened to anyone else and what was the outcome? No email yet!

That may mean your bid was not accepted?

 

I take 'Pending' to mean pending acceptance.

 

Was your credit card billed?

My husband is the c card holder and he’s not back from work yet...

It was there for me. You could also access your move up status by following a link in one of your move up confirmation emails.

Try  not logging in and go to Move Up on the main  X website.  You will get a screen to put in name & reservation it will then show any bid you have for that sailing.

And now they’re both back! Still Pending...must have been a glitch.
