Guarantee Cabins Only Available

Recommended Posts

I am planning to book our first cruise for next summer on the Liberty of the Seas out of Galveston. I was trying to decide between two sailings (May 24th or 31st) and decided to do a mock booking of each to really see what the price difference came to. On the 24th, when I go to book interior rooms, my only choice is Interior Guarantee, even when I select that I want to choose my room.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? We are wanting connecting rooms (kids are 6 and 12) so I certainly don't want just a random assignment.

The other week will let me choose my own connecting rooms with no problem. Thoughts?

Call Royal or a TA.  It’s Royals website that’s acting up.  There are lots of cabins available to book.  (I’m looking at the travel agents website)

He wants connecting cabins.  The only connecting "interior" cabins that I see for the May 24 cruise are Promenade cabins, and those are a lot more expensive than regular interiors.

Like I said, call a TA or Royal.  There are 4 connecting 2V pairs and 5 4V pairs.

Thank you! I was planning on meeting with a TA tomorrow anyway. Hopefully we’ll be able to get on the week we want but a connecting cabin is most important to me at my kids ages. Appreciate the help!
