Shhh. Sleepers Below

There are always issues on cruise ships with noise issues.

Being near a crew door that is used constantly in the morning to deliver breakfast. Or other guest who just slam the door.

Vibration and various engine or generator humming.

We have stayed in Category 5 staterooms on about 20 cruises. That area is our favourite.

The noise from above each morning seems to depend on the crew member.

On occasions little to no noise,  but the disappointing issue has been Azamara not taking action.

Mentioned this to Hotel Director Richard on our last cruise on the Pursuit as we had issues with access to Sunset Veranda.

He thought that the crew started at about 7.00AM and was going to check,  this was on our second last day.

Will be onboard Journey 1st July and B2B2B cruises on Pursuit in October and will stake special note of any noise issues.

We will be leaving home in about 1 hour for 6 hour bus trip to Sydney and overnight at airport hotel.

The next day fly to Dubai at 6.00AM (14 Hrs) then overnight in Dubai for 2 nights and then 7.30 hr flight to Oslo.

Those living in UK dont know how lucky you are. At least for European cruises.
