Confused by my current bookings,HELP!

I currently have  two cruises booking. The 1st one is this October and on Booking & Order Detail page, I can see what I still owe and there is a link "view balance details".  But on my 2021 cruise I don't see any of that. I'm having a hard time finding the page that shows what I owe.  What the heck am I missing?  Why don't this bookings show the same details? Thanks for any and all help!

Did you book the 2021 directly through Carnival?

 

Sometimes I book my cruises directly through Carnival and sometimes I book them through Costco.  The ones I book through Costco show up on the Carnival site like all the others but the balance details aren't there.
