Winner! The E/O is part of the five-person senior management team (captain/staff captain/EO, HD and CE). He/she is in fact a one-person Dept and report directly to the captain and to Seattle

Fortunately, Solstice is going to the AJ dock so the camera should be free for the Nieuw Amsterdam.

Question, Copper, for (in this case, Viking) when a ship tenders in Juneau, what does the port agent do, ever go to the ship or just meet the first tender?

For the majority of the time, he/she goes to the ship with the first tender on the way back. The first tender ashore usually does not carry pax
