Is there anything out of the ordinary to do in St. Kitts?

OR......

Is there a nice All- Inclusive on a great beach anyone could recommend?

Any St. Kitts must - do’s?

It is a beautiful island with great views. Take a tour that includes a beach stop. The Marriott is very nice.

We took the Sugar Train tour - a good way to spend half a day, and excellent rum punch, but you have to book it through the cruise line.  You can't make a private reservation when a cruise ship is in town.

When have been there a few times and went to the beaches. So, this last time, a few months ago, we did a tour with James Javin. The driver told us about different places along the way and then we went to the Cotton Ginnery as our first stop. Then did a walking tour in the rainforest...as he told us about things along the way. Then we headed to some type of area that reminded me of a park but had vendors and music playing. It was the location of the volcano black rocks beach, which we hiked a small hill to get to below for some pictures. They then fed us a yummy lunch! After that, those that wanted to go to the beach they dropped off and those that wanted to snorkel went to the snorkeling area and then later met up with those that had went to the beach.

Brimstone Hill /St Kitts. I want to go to Brimstone Hill as I believe the best views are there. My traveling partner is reluctant because of a perceived climb. Does anyone have any experience with this tour (Carnival) with respect climbing? Does the tour bust take you right up to the fort? How muck climbing is involved? Any suggestions on how to better get to the best views? Thanks

Depending on the size of the tour bus/van, they can park in a flat area just below the fort, but there is still a long walkway that is stepped to go up to get to the fort, and additional climbing of stairs and walkways once you get up there, since the fort is on several levels. The views are definitely worth it, though. Once you are up there, there are several vantages from all sides, but the ones looking out to sea are amazing. Below the fortress, there are a few outbuildings that are also nice to explore and have their own views, but you would not have to do these.
