A few questions about Harmony

Recommended Posts

So I just booked my 2020 cruise on Harmony and I have a few questions for those who have sailed on her.

1. Price drops- right now they have the wow sale going on with on board credit  however they also increased the price so it is actually more than the price I originally booked. How often should I check for real price drops?daily? Weekly?

2. Compared to the other oasis class ships such as symphony? What are the pros and cons? For example I read that the crew on Harmony are not as personable like on the other ships. We have already sailed symphony so I'm curious as to what are the differences between ships?

3. We booked the western Caribbean itinerary but I've read the eastern Caribbean is much better. Is that true?

4. How is embarkation at port canaveral compared to port miami?

I'd check for price drops at least daily.

Port Canaveral also has a new terminal and works very well.

1. As often as you like.  There is really no "answer" to that question.

I thought all my interactions with the "crew" on Harmony were exceptional and I loved talking to them.

The crew was a major part of the reason I gave it such a good review!

It's been a year since Harmony but everyone was lovely. I've never really had a bad experience with RC staff.

Ok was just curious as we are booked on a B2B on Feb.  As a TA I check prices regularly and I was going to offer to notify you.

As as far as June goes...it looks like there are still group rates.  Not sure if you booked direct or not, but this could help lower the price a bit.

If you paid what YOU consider a "fair" price, no need to check daily....I mean, a few bucks off might be nice, but is it a deal-breaker?  That's up to you!    I've never seen prices on our cruises drop after I book.....but that might be "time of year" issues!
