Location of Seabourn Tender in Edinburgh

We want to book an excursion in Edinburgh on August 17.  Sounds fun as you learn about and taste whiskies and make your own small bottle.  The location is Smoke Stack, 53-55 Broughton Street, Edinburgh, but have no way of knowing how far this would be from where Seabourn Ovation tenders drop us off.  Hate to book it if it is quite an expensive taxi ride.  Anyone been on this excursion or happen to know distances from tenders in Edinburgh?  Thanks so much!

if the boat docks at Leith near the Royal Yacht Britannia(I dont know) then Broghton Street is just 2 miles.

and I would recommend the Whisky Tour which is located on the Royal Mile close to Edinbugh Castle.

On September 23 the Ovation will tender at Newhaven for Edinburgh.  Not sure if that will be the same place they tender to in August. It is listed on the cruise itinerary on line for our cruise and also on our Seabourn cruise confirmation if you want to check for your journey.

If  the ship docks at Leith there is no Tender .        BTW ..... the tour of the Royal Yacht Britannia is excellent and is five minutes walk from the ship's dock.

Jay, I just called Seabourn and she tells me they do, indeed, tender there but I forgot to ask where they dock.  No big deal.  Thanks for your input and tip on the Royal Britannia tour!
