I just read the wonderful news that Dame Helen Mirren had been named the official Godmother of the

new Scenic Eclipse cruise ship.  CC posted a beautiful story under the news section.  There's a wonderful picture of the ship along with her helocopter flying nearby.

What's missing here?  Oops.  We forgot to include a picture of the Godmother.

C'mon folks.  What an insult to a most wonderful lady!

Where did you find this on CC, please? I've been up and down the menu, but the only news forum I found was called Cruise news, which seems to be discussion.

I remember reading news on the site in the old days, but can't find it now... 😮 🤷‍♂️

Look under the 'Research' column.  The second to last item is 'news'.  Click on that and you will get the latest 'news'.

The story is dated yesterday, 7-25-19.

Let us know if you found it, please.

Thank you so much! Pretty obvious, I suppose...🙄

Great information to read.

I was especially interested because Helen Mirren was godmother for the ship we use the most, for long cruises, P&O's Ventura.

Thanks again- I'll catch up with what I've missed.

Jo,

We hope to meet you on the cruise.  We are very much into the UK and love visiting.  We are also great fans of British comedy.
