Drinks package and gratuities

We are set to sail on the QM2 transatlantic in December of this year. I would like to know if it is possible to pay for drinks packages, gratuities, or even restaurant bookings before sailing?

We booked and paid for a meal in the Verandah via the Voyage Personaliser prior to boarding QE last year. Gratuities are added to your account while on  board. We didn't have the drinks package so can't comment on that.

 I know you cannot prepay gratuities before hand. There are drinks packages that you can order before hand. If you have your booking confirmation in hand go to the  "booked guests" section of the web site, enter your details and click on the "little Luxuries" tab on the top right and you will get their offerings. You will need to call 1-800-728-6273. If you are not in the U.S. I presume your number will be displayed in the top right box of the offering.
