Celebrity Cruise Planner site not working during final sale hours.

I'm trying to log into my cruise planner during the final 10 hours of the extended "Super Sale" to see if there are any good deals.  I cannot log in so I decided to call. As we speak I have been on hold for 20 minutes.....What's ever happened to customer service?

I wouldn't worry too much about it.  I looked at my Cruise Planner using the link in the sale email, and there were NO shore excursions marked with a sale.  Only a couple of unlimited internet packages with 10% off, which I could probably get cheaper with my Captains Club discount.  My thinking is these "sales" are really non-events.  I really  hate getting email for a 4 day sale with 2 days already gone, but they ALWAYS extend them by at least 24 hrs.  It's all marketing hype.
