Is it worth it to use a Royal Vacation Planner?

Got a call for the first time from a Royal Vacation Planner — is it worth it to use these services? We are thinking of our next cruise, so good timing on RCI’s part!

No difference between them and just calling the regular number.

Better to use a good travel agent, otherwise I'd just use the regular number as Ken suggested.
