I can't believe they thought that was an acceptable replacement! I agree they should give you a total refund & the bag as an apology gift! To charge you for the bag is to add insult to injury!! IMHO

So Louis never gave me my card back so I had to go back to guest services to get it.  

 

He told me he was glad I came back tonight as he had just talked to his manager and told me I could keep the hat and still get my refund.   

 

I let him know I returned it hours ago so he told me I could keep the bag and gave it back 🤣🤣

Boarding Liberty on Sunday and decided to try the hat again.  Fingers crossed I get what I ordered this time.  I will be sure to report back 🙂

It was a Schrödinger's cat situation.  Would it be a nice hat?  Would it be a dollar store piece of crap?  It was a gamble...

 

Hallelujah!!  It was what I ordered and not a piece of junk!

Louis has always been great as the LA on Empress.  He's going to Brilliance next and will be missed on Empress.

We ordered both the white and navy hats with the mesh inserts, last spring, and they were exactly what we wanted. Sorry you had so many issues getting yours. Most of the other stuff seems over priced to me, considering the exchange rate, but the hats were a good price and quality.
