Low sodium food on Symphony

Recommended Posts

Has anyone requested the low sodium diet on the Symphony and can tell me how it worked out?  Thank you.

A few years ago I did on the Symphony and it was phenomenal, in what then was the main dining room. Vlada, then a senior waiter, took care of everything. He suggested items and gave me menus for the following day. Almost anything could be made a day in advance. There was this really good salt-free vegetable soup he would have made. Not sure if it has changed since then but the answer, based on my experience, is a resounding yes.

I did this low salt request in March on Symphony, and it went really well. You'll find this help from any headwaiter and they are in charge to communicate any dietary requirements and confirm them with the chef. It was easy to be taken care of every time at Waterside, and if you ever have questions ask your waiter to speak with the headwaiter.
