Yes, as HAL is constantly trying different promotions.  I try to book my cruises 6-12 months out, when I find a decent price point (considering all perks of course).  Then, I monitor the deals/prices closely and if a better one comes along, have my TA/HAL PCC refare it - quick and easy, plus I get a better selection of cabins this way.

Of course there will be more deals. But what they are,  when they start/end, whether they are of interest to you, and whether they apply to the cruise you are interested in, is always a guessing game.

 

Just for example, we just got a $1000pp reduction in our 24 day cruise next May. Then the current Explore4 deal popped up, but it actually increases our fare (a little after OBC and other benefits, not a lot), but the rest of the package doesn't do much for us. A $25 drink card? Really?
