Can't add Soda Package online?

I have a cruised booked for Thanksgiving week, all paid for and checked in.  On the Joy out of LA.

 

I've reserved shows and specialty dining, no problem. I've ordered water and paid for it.

 

Everything seems to work except the soda package. If I choose one or both pax it just spins when I try to add. 

 

Has anyone been able to add soda pkg before sailing or will I have to do it onboard?

I could have written this exact post. I, too, have a cruise for Thanksgiving week, paid for and checked in. Everything reserved, water purchased. I am trying to pay for the soda package for my son and it does the exact same thing....it just spins, and will not add it to my cart. I am hoping you (and I) find a solution to this. I don't want to have to deal with it once on the boat.

Do you have the UBP as one of your perks? If so you can't get the soad package because it is included with your UBP. If it is for another passenger call NCL and purchase it over the phone.

It is.  I called in to add it on my cruise and was told the system ids having a glitch with the soda package.

I was just able to add the soda package for my son 5 minutes ago online for my Jan cruise

No, I only get one perk with inside cabin, chose SDP.  I will have the CAS drink card so if I want an adult beverage it will be at the casino bar.  Maybe I can just get a soda there.

 

Appears to be a web site glitch from other replies.  Just tried again, no luck.

I have been trying off and on for a couple of weeks.I am over 120 days out so I haven't been sweating it.  Depending on the browser, I either got the never ending busy indicator or I would get a popup saying is was limited availability.

 

Was finally able to add it on today so maybe it's being fixed finally.

I haven't been able to do it for a while now....tried again today and it worked!
