OK to pay gratuities with OBC?

I am not that familiar with the ins and outs of Celebrity's packages/perks and restrictions. If I select OBC and the drinks package as my two "perks", can I use that OBC to pay for gratuities?  And if not, can I use other Celebrity-issued OBC to pay for gratuities?  (I have an offer of $300 OBC per cruise for two cancelled cruises on Constellation....looking to book a BTB replacement.)

Yes. The gratuities will draw from any OBC balance you have.

Any Obc can be used for gratuities

Yes. Ship OBC is good for anything purchased on board as well as gratuities.
