I have been unable to register for our Symphony cruise in February.  It keeps telling me that we don't have a purchased reservation even though I put in the reservation number.

You may be in a group booking.

You may be using your Travel Agent's booking number and not Royal Caribbean's.  Do you have your actual RC invoice?

So? I was once on a group booking and was unable to sign up until the TA did something.

I'd really like to know what the TA did, because we've been in many group bookings and not had problems signing up.

That happened to me one year.  I checked every week and finally. Don't know why this happened, but eventually I was able to sign up.

It was quite awhile ago, not sure I'm not sure but i think it was something to do with the TA closing out the booking.

This number works when I sign in to My Booking on Royal's website.

Ours was already back up to 78 by those of us re-registering, but has now been restored. Over 160 now.

Just noticed, typical of RCI IT, the email about your signing up, does not state for which cruise you signed up for the M&M.
