World Series on Eclipse

Recommended Posts

My wife and I will be sailing to Hawaii on Eclipse in late October. Depending on how the games go, the World Series may still be going on after we sail. If you have been on a cruise when the World Series was on, did the ship provide the broadcast? We have watched the Super Bowl on a cruise, but we have never been onnoard during the World Series.

The Astros are going to beat the Dodgers in 5 games.  There, you don't need to worry about it any more.

You're welcome 😂😎

We were on Eclipse in April and the Masters was on - so many gathered around in the sports bar rooting for Tiger Woods.... it was a great atmosphere. I would like to assume they will show the deciding game (at the very least). Have fun. 😊

we were on a RCCL ship a few years ago when the Cubs were in the world series ... RCCL made a point of identifying a lounge or similar area when a game was on.  One of the days the viewing was in the ice rink (I think the ship was the Liberty of the Seas), but this kind of thing probably gets determined by the CD while the sailing is in progress.  If they have some private events booked, that constrains the available viewing locations ....

They have always had it broadcast in the Sports Bar and on in room TV on every cruise I have been on during World Series.   I don't recall any special party for it like the Super Bowl.

You will have plenty of options to watch the World Series. They usually set up a location for each team in different locations and then will have the game on your room television.
