I didn't.  We're doing two back to back cruises, the first one is eligible but SB said it doesn't apply for existing bookings and they wouldn't budge.  I'm in UK.

Yes I did. No problem. Booked in the US.

Yes.  When I booked my April 2020 cruise, I received the 5% Loyalty discount. I didn't know about it nor had I asked for it, so it came as a pleasant surprise.

Thanks for your reply but I was asking if anyone had received the discount once they had booked.

 

It seems that some clients in the USA are receiving the discount, ie sanne, and not in the UK.

Yes we booked a cruise for nov with my t a and the price changed i asked her to call back and they added the 5% discount to the booking
