SAS from Ft. Lauderdale hotels to POM?

Recommended Posts

If anyone has taken SAS from their Ft. Lauderdale hotel to POM I would like any info you  have. We have used them from FLL to Miami hotel and back from POM to FLL after a cruise. I was told the times for hotel pick up in Ft. Lauderdale are 9:30, 11:30 and 1:30. We would schedule the 9:30 pick up. So any comments on that plan? We already have the return from POM to FLL scheduled for after our cruise.

Been a few years since we used them, but they were punctual and stayed in contact via cell phone. Recently we use Uber or Lyft for door to door service - no stops or waiting for other passengers.

UberX, good for 2-3 passengers and normal bags, from FLL and nearby hotels to POM or downtown Miami hotels will run about $35-40

Used SAS in December  No issues. Friendly & one time.

If I might ask, how many stops did you have and what time did you get to the port?

I was the last stop. I do not remember what time we got to the port it was with every time we were supposed to arrive. I want to say 10:30 or 11 but I do not know that for sure

They do not make a whole bunch of stops as they have several vans working, maybe 3 stops total for 1 van. Also they are very friendly and also efficent at what they do.

We have always used SAS from FLL Motel to POM and always great service. The ONLY thing that would not be good was if you were one of the last stops. They really pack them into those vans.
