Cans are $2.25 each + 15% service charge.

According to my online booking page, you can still buy a Soda Fountain Value Card for $25 that gets you $50 worth of fountain drinks. 15% service charge is added to each purchase.

You can also buy an Unlimited Coke Package for  $8 per day (plus 15% service charge)

OR

the Quench Unlimited Non-Alcoholic Beverage package for $17.95 per day (plus 15% service charge)

You can also carry on the ship as much soda or water as you like, provided you carry it on yourself.

Previously traveled on Celebrity where we could take large cup to bars and get free fountain soda to drink in stateroom.  Does HAL offer the same service?

My guess is that you haven’t cruised with Celebrity in several years...  They now sell all sorts of beverage packages—alcohol and non-alcohol with varying inclusions—but haven’t sold an “unlimited soda only package” such as you recall it (included a thermal tumbler; no charge for fountain drinks at bars once purchased) for quite some time now...
