Clay Clayton #76 Posted October 2 Can’t speak for Verizon but with our T-Mobile, it often takes a while for it to “find” us. We’ve discovered that sometimes it helps to power down the phone and restart it.
zitsky #77 Posted October 2 Drive to Lakones (Corfu) was entertaining. Stopped for a few minutes because traffic was too narrow. Nice view.

We're on AT&T and when we have an issue with cell service in Europe I tap Settings on my iPhone, then Cellular then change the provider. This usually fixes a service issue... zitsky #79 Posted October 2 Doing back to back excursions can be difficult (not always). Some excursions return 30 to 45 min late. Still possible to get the next excursion. Just not much time for lunch.
zitsky #80 Posted October 2 Kamaran Winery, Dubrovnik I can't recommend the wine tastings. Both today and yesterday we only tasted two wines each.

zitsky #84 Posted October 2 If you do the Corfu old town walking tour they will drop you off in one of the shopping streets, near one of the churches. It is an easy walk back to the shuttle buses.
zitsky #87 Posted October 3 (edited) First time having breakfast at the restaurant. Very nice. Very busy. I wanted something you can't get in the World Cafe, so I ordered blueberry pancakes. Edited October 3 by zitsky
zitsky #88 Posted October 3 Service in the restaurant was generally good. But we were a little late and waiters disappeared after a while. Getting a coffee refill took a while. The coffee thermos in the World Cafe is a good idea, self service. I thought the quality of the coffee in the restaurant was good.

Looks like I had better add in more short sleeves as well?! I'll be following the rest of your ports/posts to see if it gets any cooler...;) We are as well, and I am making some changes to my wardrobe after looking at the weather forecast. Definitely layers!
zitsky #92 Posted October 3 I find it comfortable on the ship to wear short sleeves. Late Sep/Early Oct.

Just came from the Cruise Critic party where I think we had about 20 plus people. Passing Stromboli about 9.45pm. Not sure what we will see that late.

zitsky #99 Posted October 4 To contrast security... In Dubrovnik it was helpful to have your passport for id. In Naples (today) by contrast, they barely looked at our id and just waved us through.
