Cruise personaliser

Evening all, is anyone else having trouble signing in to their cruise personaliser as mine isn’t letting me log in. It keeps saying my booking reference is wrong..... it’s so frustrating as I’m definitely putting the correct number in. 🤔

Just tried mine, not working either. 

Must be an issue their end as was on it earlier today with no issues. 

Not an uncommon problem, they often have issues.

Yes.  I've tried two different bookings and neither are letting me in.  I'm relieved it's not just me.

Oh well will have to try tomorrow then, thank you  for the reply. As the cruise is getting  nearer I find myself looking at it most days 😊getting a tad excited I think 😆

I was just coming to post I couldn't access my cp.

All up and running again.😉  But on a different note, although my CPs are ok, my Account isn't up to date.  May be because it was last minute Oceana cruises we booked which I'm looking to appear but that was over a month ago.  I think there were problems of Accounts not recording all cruises booked before or having some people ok and their partner's info not.  Are others experiencing any problems?

PS according to the CP the tier is correct and current having changed between cruises we've yet to do.
