Elite in a full suite

On embarkation and debarkation the concierge escorts the suites on and off. On RCL there is also a concierge and a concierge lounge available all day and with complimentary alcoholic beverages during happy hour. RCL has reserved seating for shows including the ice show. The stopped putting postcards in the back of the information notebook. None of these are deal breakers but I've been watching the suite perks evaporate on Princess. 

 

On the Princess Royal class ships there is a concierge dedicated to suite passengers and a private concierge lounge that is only available to suite passengers.

Yes. One mini bar for a bottle of wine valued on the ship's menu for about $40.

That's on a very small number of ships . On RCL and NCL it's on all ships.  I still believe Princess lags behind other lines in their suite perks. On RCL you also get double cruise credits for their Jr. Suites which would correlate to Princess' mini's.

It does seem unfair that we get the same when we travel together--and even less fair for two of us on our current 16-day cruise. But so far, we have only touched the sodas and water. We may end up trading some of the liquor for more soda. I wonder what the longest possible cruise is on Princess that can't be booked as separate legs.

 

When we were in a suite, I called for the second minibar exchanged for coffee cards (now coffee packages). 

That’s genius - I didn’t even think to swap one set up out for a coffee card - thankyou!
