My Cunard site (VP)

Recommended Posts

Well, this is a new record for me. I'm a US resident who is currently in London (boarding QM2 tomorrow). To double check my booking,

  • I first logged into the My Cunard site (from the. new "Manage my booking" link on the Cunard home page in the UK).
  • I was then sent to the old VP login
  • Which then again took me to My Cunard (this time with the birthdate in US Month, Day, Year format)
  • Which took me again to the VP login screen
  • Which ultimately took me to my old VP pages with my info.

The mind boggles at their ineptitude. (And, yes, I AM familiar with corporate website creation and maintenance)
