This is what Viking FAQs says If you choose to upgrade to our Silver Spirits beverage package, you can enjoy unlimited beverages including a selection of premium local wines, beers, cocktails, specialty coffee drinks, soft drinks and juices throughout the day; plus an open bar (during operating hours). You may purchase the package prior to sailing or once on board. Cost of drinks and cost of package depends on which tour you are on. Depends on what you are drinking -- and where, since prices are in the ship board currency -- yuan in China, rubles in Russia, euro in Europe, etc. Perhaps someone will post photos of a current bar menu. Package does not include bottles of wine or drinks over a certain price point (and I don't know what that price point is because they don't post the details on the website; once you book, you may find the details on MyVikingJourney.com) Viking includes free tea/coffee and hot chocolate all day long, house wines, beers and soda at lunch and dinner.
