best time to book for kids sail free ??? promo

i am looking at a october  4th 2020 oasis trip out of cape liberty.I just missed kids  sail free  promo ( school calendar just came out for next year)    Is there any time that promo will show back up. Also  this will be the 1st time i will need 5 staterooms ,any money saving suggestions will be helpful.Thanks for any   help

They seem to show up every couple of months.  Book as soon as you see one then watch for price drops.

At a minimum find a TA that gives gratuities as a perk, that alone is worth close to $1000.00.

We find the best time to book with KSF is with the WOW sale...with TA OBC and the WOW OBC we usually get around 500 OBC and a 7 day cruise for 5 is about 2200-2500.

i normally get obc for about 7 to 10 per cent of rate mnus the port fees . i know discussing specific company is not ok  but as a rule is that less than some ta could do   and no specific  company but a genral question . i can research myself   thanks for your help as well
