Are you asking about on the ship? Do you have a smart phone? If on the ship, you will still need to get at least a package for 24 hours. Or you can wait until you are in port and find a place that has WiFi...depending on your phone plan, you might be able to access without WiFi in ports. I have TMobile and get free data in ports. If you don’t have any type of smart device, they do have computers at the Internet cafe on ship, but you still need to buy WiFi.
