Stumped on Belize activities with teen boys

We will be in Belize via Carnival Legend around Christmas time.  We have been there before and had a fantastic time doing cave tubing. I am trying to find something different/adventurous with 2 teenage boys (no ruins please)  I saw there is also river kayaking but I am having trouble finding such an excursion.  Any ideas most appreciated.

Do a sharks Ray's snorkeling off Caye Caulker.  Coral Breeze has a good excursion and there are others.

Caye Caulker was actually on my radar.  I see for around $20pp, we can take a water taxi over there and spend the day there exploring.

True. But not much to explore.  A good  swimmer can rent snorkel equipment at the split and shore snorkel. Rest is small shops, restaurants,  and beach. Great for those of us of a certain  age. Boring for teens. Letting them swim with sharks and Ray's and even hold them, now that's sick in their lingo.

Not sure if you have considered zip lining but I believe they have it there.

Usually part of a cave tubing excursion.  Both right next to each other.

I was super surprised that Coral Breeze only offered 1 tour in whole month of December?  I emailed them so we will see what happens but the Shark Alley tour looks great.
