Unfortnately, it is not unusual to receive inaccurate info from Royal's customer service agents.

Ok- my comment is not meant to be sarcastic...   but, how can they get away with such inaccurate customer service?  I work for a giant global company, and there is no way we could be as inaccurate as them, without a big public hooplah...
